Palmerstown Brewery was located in an area enclosed by Mungret
Street, Palmerstown,Old Francis street and Benson's Lane. After the brewery closed the
site became a scrap yard. Today the Sean Heuston housing scheme was
built on the site. Part of the site was also occupied by Newsom's
hardware store which
has since closed.
